Advanced Background Check Customer Service
Advanced Background Check is primarily comprised of a group of background check professionals who have dedicated a good portion of their careers to the employment screening and risk management industry. Advanced Background Check staff has over 125 year of combined industry experience with key management personnel having an average of over 10 years of screening industry experience. The majority of our customer service staff has been with the company over five years.
It is with great enthusiasm that we serve our clients and help them promote their organizations and make the best hiring decisions. Our timely, accurate background check information is delivered in an easy-to-read format and supported by trained professionals.
Account Manager– Each customer is assigned an Account Manager that acts as a centralized point of contact and is trained to answer a wide variety of questions including, but not limited to, order status, record details, charge descriptions and billing questions. Account managers also collaborate with the customer service and operations staff and management on an ongoing basis to ensure work is processed properly and that each client’s needs are being met.
Customer Service Representatives – Advanced Background Check staffs its customer service department with professionally trained representatives, most possessing over five years of industry experience. These representatives are available to assist in reading records, including any acronyms or jargon that may be difficult to decipher, and providing information on data coverage by state and type. They have a complete knowledge of how the U.S. court system is structured and where and how criminal, civil and other records are maintained to ensure checks are correctly performed in all applicable areas.
